Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Lunvi Labs infrastructure.

Lunvi Labs provides managed, server-side tracking infrastructure: Meta Conversions API delivery, GA4 Measurement Protocol v2, consent-aware fallback, container hosting, and debugging / audit tooling. By using our site or requesting activation of a plan (Starter, Growth, Enterprise, or a custom / SLA plan), you agree to these Terms.

1. Accepting these Terms

You must have authority to bind your company or client accounts. By accessing or using Lunvi Labs, you confirm that:

  • You are legally allowed to share the data you send us.
  • You will comply with applicable privacy / consent laws (GDPR, KVKK, ePrivacy, etc.).
  • You will not use Lunvi Labs for unlawful tracking, attribution, or profiling.

If you do not agree, do not activate or continue using the service.

2. Our service

We provide server-to-server tracking containers, custom domains (CNAME) and SSL, event router logic, Consent Mode–aware fallbacks, dedup keys for browser+server, and debugging / audit tools. Depending on your plan, we may also offer:

  • Regional / EU data residency routing
  • White-label / multi-tenant isolation for agencies
  • Per-destination secrets & access controls
  • Log viewer and delivery health metrics

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Send unlawful data (for example, data collected without consent or in violation of platform policies).
  • Misrepresent identity or spoof events to ad platforms, analytics platforms, regulators, or downstream destinations.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or break other customers’ containers or regions.
  • Use Lunvi Labs for high-risk tracking that would violate applicable consent laws, biometric restrictions, or explicit platform terms.

4. Plans, billing & upgrades

Our public plans (Starter / Growth / Enterprise) and any custom / SLA plan define what you’re entitled to: container count, event volume, support level, region / residency options, etc. By requesting an upgrade you authorize us to contact you, issue pricing, and — if accepted — invoice you under that plan. Some plans require annual billing, minimum commitment, or overage fees if event volume exceeds the limit.

Failure to pay agreed invoices or repeated overages without resolution can result in suspension or throttling of delivery.

5. Data handling & compliance

You are responsible for obtaining all required user permissions / consents for any data that flows through Lunvi Labs. We act as a processor / service provider: we route, normalize, deduplicate, and forward events to the destinations you configure (Meta, GA4, TikTok, BigQuery, Webhook, etc.).

For advanced plans, we can help with EU data residency, signed DPA, audit trails, and role-based access control for multi-brand / agency mode. You agree to sign or accept a DPA where required by law.

6. Availability / SLA

We target high uptime and low latency, and we monitor delivery health. “Priority support” and formal SLA commitments are only available on certain plans (for example Growth / Enterprise or custom). Outages, maintenance windows, and emergency fixes may occur.

We reserve the right to rate-limit or throttle abusive or clearly misconfigured traffic to protect platform stability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lunvi Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost revenue; lost ads performance; attribution or measurement discrepancies; or regulatory penalties arising from how you collect or submit data.

Our direct liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time (subject to any contracted billing term). We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Invoices are not paid on the agreed schedule,
  • You violate these Terms or applicable law,
  • Your usage creates material risk to platform stability or other customers.

On termination, we may disable containers, revoke access tokens, and schedule deletion of data that we process for you — except for what we must keep for audit, dispute, tax, or legal reasons.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as we ship new features, add regions, or change legal requirements. If changes are material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and make a reasonable effort to notify active customers or account owners.
